At Brightspark, our project management process is built upon the foundations of Agile Development, and specifically the Scrum methodology.As a matter of fact, we are experts in Scrum, and we designed and built a powerful Ruby on Rails based tool, called Agilebuddy, to help us (and you) manage software projects. Agilebuddy is a great example of our team’s expertise and our commitment to Agile project management.
What this means to our clients is more predictable and transparent project management, with early prototypes available for client review within days of a project’s kickoff. Client feedback is a critical part of the process and usually takes place every couple of weeks. As a client of Brightspark Studios, you will be given a free license for Agilebuddy, so that you can have transparent access to the day-by-day progress and management of your project.
